Internal Sales Administrator

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Prepare quotes for customers as requested by the Branch and/or Sales team
- Prepare Onsite approved Pricing Proposal documents for customers based on agreed rate cards as requested by the Sales team
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales representatives
- Use CRM and sales enablement tools to manage prospecting activities
- Support targeted campaigns with outbound communication
- Provide initial product or service information to prospects
- Undertake other roles and responsibilities as directed by the manager in line with your knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Liaising with Branches regarding the operational needs of customers
Desired Skills and Experience
- Strong organisational skills, the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office
- 3 years minimum experience in similar field is highly desirable
