Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotes for customers as requested by the Branch and/or Sales team
  • Prepare Onsite approved Pricing Proposal documents for customers based on agreed rate cards as requested by the Sales team
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales representatives
  • Use CRM and sales enablement tools to manage prospecting activities
  • Support targeted campaigns with outbound communication
  • Provide initial product or service information to prospects
  • Undertake other roles and responsibilities as directed by the manager in line with your knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • Liaising with Branches regarding the operational needs of customers

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Strong organisational skills, the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office
  • 3 years minimum experience in similar field is highly desirable
