**Who are we looking for?**

We are seeking a Accreditations and Data Management Officer to join Office of the Executive Dean, Faculty of Business and Law, Academic Division.

Wield your data management and analysis skills in this role. You’ll feel empowered to coordinate data sets and deliver informed insights that will drive vital accreditation related decisions at a leading Brisbane business school. Skillfully develop, shape, maintain and deliver crucial data and records required for our accreditation and ranking processes. You’ll be comfortable communicating at all levels as you coordinate contributions from key stakeholders within the Faculty. You’ll be trusted to deliver administrative and logístical support in developing a variety of ranking and accreditation submissions for international accrediting bodies including AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS. In this role, you’ll join the warm and conscientious team in the Office of the Executive Dean within the Faculty of Business and Law.

**What you need to succeed**

1. Education, training and/or experience equivalent to a degree with at least four years subsequent relevant experience.
3. Ability to develop, monitor and manage data and data sets, collating and interpreting data from various sources and systems to inform decisions.
4. Demonstrated ability to deliver outputs according to deadlines in individual and team contexts, and to monitor and manage others’ contributions in relation to those deadlines.
5. Highly developed oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders including senior leaders.
6. Ability to contribute to and lead aspects of digital reporting including preparation of reports, proposals, electronic repositories, and quality assurance submissions.
