**Description**:
Purpose
The Quality Accreditation Officer maintains CoActs Accreditations and ensures the maintenance of CoAct’s Quality Management System. The Quality Accreditation Officer also supports CoAct’s Assurance Framework including completion of assessment of our subcontractors.
The Quality Accreditation Officer identifies issues or trends and works closely and cohesively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that contractual obligations are adhered to.
**Key responsibilities include**:
Manage the accreditation preparation process, and support auditors during the reviews/monitor risks to certification and maintain and improve CoAct’s Accreditation resources
Coordinate and facilitate audits, take detailed audit notes, prepare audit reports, and communicate audit findings to stakeholders and Management
Maintain and improve Service Partner Assessment frameworks, including the maintenance of systems, processes, and tools
Support the team with maintenance and development of CoAct’s Quality Management System
Manage CoAct’s Continuous Improvement process
This position is remote from within Australia and offers flexible, part-time hours (30.4 per week). Applicants must commit to travel to Brisbane to support auditors and CoAct managers during accreditation audits (4 audits per year).

Personal Attributes
Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills, including the ability to document work and meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and analysis skills
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Team player with the ability to build and maintain effective, trusting relationships with staff, service partner organisations, and other third parties
Understanding of and active participation in team-based activities
The capacity to participate in and contribute to the effective operation of a multi-disciplinary team
Required Experience
Previous experience in project managing annual accreditations for NSDS or NDIS and ISO 9001
Previous experience within similar type roles
Desirable Experience
Previous experience with Quality Principles Framework (QAF)
Employment Services contract experience in Workforce Australia and Disability
