**Description**:
**You will get to**:
Use your Employment Services experience to assess compliance and assurance requirements, working with subcontractors to resolve issues and implement improvements across their Quality Management Systems

Use your Accreditation experience to engage with Certifying Accreditation Bodies to coordinate annual accreditation audit logistics

Coach and mentor subcontractors through annual accreditation audits ensuring leaders are well prepared for their site audits

Support the Quality Assurance Team in evidence gathering for Accreditation Audits and troubleshooting audit questions and concerns raised by CoAct department Managers

Enhance existing resources/tools that support Subcontractors to achieve their compliance and assurance requirements

Co-ordinate and host CoAct's Continuous Improvement Committee meetings, working with members to vote and implement suggestions for improvement

This position is remote from within Australia. Applicants must commit to travel to Brisbane to support auditors and CoAct managers during accreditation audits (4 audits per year).

You have strong attention to detail, with quality and accuracy in report writing

You have strong computer competence, with ability to quickly learn new systems

You understand Employment services and are passionate about supporting our subcontractors to improve their compliance and assurance areas

You have an analytical, auditor mindset, with an inquisitive nature

You can work both autonomously and within a high-performing team

You are emotionally intelligent and can use this to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders

You may have experience creating audit tools and developing documented processes

You may have experience working in project management
