A boutique residential property management firm, specialising in providing proactive services to landlords, looking after their investment portfolio and sourcing quality long term tenants for their properties.

Our portfolio comprises of properties in NOR and SOR, all quality properties with long term and respectful tenants.

About the role

The role involves assisting to manage a well looked after property portfolio, with ongoing coaching and mentoring from the Operations Manager and the Director.

The role will involve completing Routines, FBIs and General Admin.

This is a full time role

Applicants must be prepared to undertake some admin duties, complete detailed routine inspections and detailed property condition update reports/FBI.

Attention to details is a must

We have the latest systems and processes in place to streamline the role. Experience with PropertyMe and Inspection Express is preferred.

Room for progression for the right person Full training, full support and one on one mentoring provided on an ongoing basis by our fantastic Management Team.

Minimum 2yrs Exp Required for all applicants.

Office based on Burswood.

Skills and experience

Experience required to be successful for this role:

- Current Qualifications and Registration as a Property Manager
- Minimum 2 year experience as a property manager for an agency
- Strong time management skills and the ability to set and manage your own schedule
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Property Management software and systems will be highly considered, such as PropertyMe and Property Inspection Apps
- Must have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle for work purposes

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
