We’re one of Perth’s biggest family-owned and operated Strata Management Companies and we’re searching for someone with a positive attitude, who genuinely wants to learn about Strata.
**The Opportunity**
We’re looking for an Administration Superstar - whether that means a Strata Manager (if you have the experience) or an Administration Assistant. Our administration superstars not only support our clients, but look to collaborate with management and the team bringing their own individual flair.
**Our Admin Superstar’s typical day will look like this**:
- Talking with Homeowners, Managing Agents and Contractors
- Issuing Work Orders/Quote requests and insurance documents
- Issuing letters, flyers, and filing
- Running/Assisting with meetings
**Is this you?**
Do you love talking to customers? Are you approachable and vibrant?
**Ideally, we’d love the following, however a can-do attitude is the main attribute we’re looking for**:
- 1 Year of full-time experience in an office environment
- Property or Strata experience is advantageous, but not essential
- Mature with a constructive and cooperative attitude
- Genuinely interested in career progression because **we love seeing our team excel in the industry**:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Professional Presentation
- WA Driver’s license

**Salary**: $53,850.02 - $108,029.11 per year
