In this role, you’ll be part of the site’s leadership team - working collaboratively to support our on-site team, foster a positive and high-performing culture, and contribute to the continued success of our operations.

To be successful in this role you will possess:

- Experience in the telco industry is helpful, but we value transferable skills just as much
- Clear and approachable communication
- Effective leadership abilities
- Familiarity with customer service principles
- Proficient computer skills
- Skilled in negotiation and innovative thinking
- Able to work both independently and within a team

**How will you support our “Why?”**
- Lead, develop, and coach your team for improved performance and succession planning
- Supervise a medium to large team, collaborating with team leaders to meet organisational needs
- Manage team performance, working closely with staff to achieve targets
- Plan resource requirements within your team
- Contribute to enhancing regular procedures and support systems
- Follow Aussie Broadband's policy to escalate customer complaints
- Coordinate daily operations with Team Leaders & Aussie Experts, including scheduling and managing leave approvals
