**The Venue;**
This is a recently opened and independently owned 5-star hotel and apart of a Hospitality group pioneering the Hotel landscape. They are fast moving, continually seeing growth across their existing portfolio and progressive in nature,

The Hotel boasts 199 hotel rooms, two food & beverage outlets and conference and events facilities. 5-star guest amenities include a pool, health spa, room service, business centre and more.

**_Make a name for yourself in one of the most enviable Marketing roles in Australia?_**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across an entire 5 Star Hotel.
- Concept, design, execute and project manage digital and print content - such as website builds/website maintenance projects, photoshoots, and TV/radio advertising campaigns
- Ensure all brands’ visual digital and print assets are relevant and up to date
- Improve the usability, design, content and performance of website.
- Design and implement packages, promotions and activations.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to plan for all marketing expenditure well in advance and to develop a financial plan that will maximise available resources
- Support the Head of Marketing to manage media opportunities and ensure all earned media coverage is positive in sentiment

**Experience**
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a marketing and/or communications team in a similar role - Hotels, Restaurants or Venues
- Sound understanding of/experience working across various areas of integrated marketing
- Proficient in unique content creation for print and digital activities
- Experience in planning, implementing and reporting on paid, earned and owned marketing and promotional activities
- Proficient in data analysis and campaign optimisation
- Proficient in WordPress, WIX and Hootsuite
- Experience in managing a variety of Content Management Systems
- Proficient in the use of the Google advertising network - such as Google Analytics and Google Ads
- Knowledge in photo and video editing will be highly regarded
- Demonstrated professional and appropriate communication style with all internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and juggle multiple projects and deadlines at one time
- Demonstrated ability to manage your time and prioritise tasks as necessary
