**Requirements**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing campaigns. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention in the direct-to-consumer (DTC) market or coaching industry.

The annual salary would be estimated to 60-80k USD.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Manage the creation of marketing assets and collateral, working closely with internal teams and external agencies as needed.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize campaign performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing roles with a track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and driving results.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver projects on schedule.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
