Your new role

  • Lead planning and execution of key SMS and email marketing campaigns aligned with agency goals
  • Manage delivery of four subscriber-based newsletters
  • Drive improvements in digital marketing products, focusing on accessibility and impact
  • Conduct baseline evaluations and support ongoing enhancements through data-driven insights
  • Deliver targeted email campaigns to expand digital offerings and support Scheme reform communications
  • Coordinate cross-channel marketing efforts, ensuring timely and audience-specific messaging

What you'll need to succeed

  • Marketing campaign best practice including digital (email and SMS) marketing
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) email and mobile studio, capability and best practice
  • Spam compliance related to developing and maintaining an email relationship with large audiences
  • Preferred experience (5-10 years ) in delivering digital (email) marketing
  • Experience managing complex audience segmentation and targeted marketing communications
