**The Position
- Service Coordinator**

**There are two positions available
- 1x full time permanent and 1 x 12 month maternity leave**

We are seeking a motivated and organised Service Coordinator to join the team at Clean Cut Tree Services. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be experienced in general administrative duties, playing a pivotal role in ensuring smooth coordination of tree services, managing schedules, delivering exceptional customer service and assisting in the upkeep of the office.

You will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively and accurately. In this office based positions, your responsibilities will include:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule Quote Bookings
- Schedule Job Bookings
- Update work schedule with staff leave
- Schedule Arborist Consultations & produce quotes in Service M8
- Record notes or changes for jobs in Service M8 system
- Follow up with quoting arborists and or crew with any customer queries '“ ensure all enquires are answered within 24 hours
- Send Quotes in client specific systems
- Follow up calls to residential clients 2 days after quotes issued
- Make calls for client feedback following completed jobs
- Send invoices in Service M8 system for completed jobs
- Book contractors when needed
- Ensure all client inductions are completed in a timely fashion and all relevant Health & Safety paperwork is issued when needed
- Book site equipment when needed '“ EWPs / Mini loaders / Cranes etc

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with MS Office, Xero Me and CRM systems
- Experience in general filing and maintenance of systems
- Experience in general clerical duties
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Proficiency is using computer software and CRY
- Confidence in a fast-paced environment with tenacity to meet deadlines
