**About the opportunity**:
**Installation Scheduler** to manage the coordination and administrative functions required for various installation projects throughout Australia, based at our Gold Coast office. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that projects are planned, resourced, completed and monitored appropriately.

**Service Scheduler** who is motivated and customer service focused individual to join our Queensland team in the position of Service Scheduler. Supported by a highly experienced and energetic group of people, you will form part of a key team focused on delivering quality service outcomes to our existing and new customers in the areas of field service, repairs and planned maintenance.

**About your role**:
**Installation Scheduler**:

- Manage the end-to-end process of each new door installation project
- Follow and maintain project schedules
- Reviewing and coordinating subcontractors, hire equipment and labour hire
- Liaise with customers, developing strong relationships through continuous communication
- Create Purchase Orders, Contract variations and track job costs
- Raise invoices to clients and track receipt of payments
- Maintain inductions, licenses and safe work method statements
- Ongoing issue resolution for customers through excellent problem-solving skills
- Record and store project documentation in a manner that allows effective and efficient project management.
- Assist with answering phones, supporting the Service Schedulers and general office administration tasks when needed.

- Have your own reliable transport and current drivers licence

**Who are we looking for?**

To be Considered for this Role you must have:

- Previous experience in service and or installation scheduling desirable.
- Demonstrated experience providing high level administrative and organisational support
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, work autonomously and multitask within a busy environment
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members and customers
- Exceptional customer service and data entry skills
- High level organisational and planning skills, as well as a great eye for detail
- Experience in contracts administration is preferable
- Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- An ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities effortlessly
- Be able to work under pressure and have a high level of autonomy
- Strong time management and organisational skills in order to meet deadlines
- A great team player
