**Job Title: Autism Specialist (Graduate or Master's in Autism Studies)**

**Location; 41 Harper Street,Molendinar**

**Job Type Casual**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of autism-related programs, interventions, and strategies.
- Provide support to individuals with autism, ensuring their specific needs are met in accordance with best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to address complex cases and challenges in autism support.
- Help analyze and interpret data related to autism programs and services.
- Contribute to research and documentation efforts related to autism studies.
- Provide recommendations for improving autism-related services and interventions.
- Attend and contribute to meetings, training, and workshops related to autism education and support.
- Take on additional responsibilities and assist the CEO with her workload, as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate or Master’s degree in Autism Studies, Special Education, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of autism spectrum disorders, including behavorial, social, and educational needs.
- Experience working with individuals with autism, ideally in a professional setting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to assess and design intervention strategies based on individual needs.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for supporting individuals with autism and a commitment to promoting inclusive environments.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in conducting research or contributing to autism-related studies.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and interventions for autism.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced work environment.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.00 - $42.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- High School (Year 9-11) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Support coordination: 1 year (preferred)
