**Our Client**
Our client, an iconic ASX-Listed business, is embarking on a period of business change and growth. Due to an increase in market share and product development, they require a talented Change Manager.
**The Role**
Working with a team of talented change professionals, you will be responsible for the planning, integration and co-ordination of the change management agenda for our clients' project portfolio. More specifically you will ensure change management frameworks are embedded, work with the business owners and Project Managers to make prioritisation decisions in the portfolio to enhance benefit realisation, as well ensuring the overall change agenda is communicated in a consistent way across the business.
As a key part of the role, you will also be responsible for establishing strong and positive relationships with business owners, project sponsors, project teams and staff.
**Your Profile**
To be successful in this role, you will have previous change management experience gained in a major corporate, ideally delivering change to front line teams. With a working knowledge of project management methodologies, you will have superior presentation and communication skills, and an ability to present to senior stakeholder comfortably.
