**Gasworks Medical Practice** is seeking a **full-time 2IC / Senior Medical Receptionist** to play a pivotal role in our friendly and inclusive team. ⭐ What You’ll Bring:

- At least **2 years’ experience** in as general practice medical receptionist or similar role
- Excellent **communication**, **customer service**, and **organisational** skills
- Confidence in **decision-making**, **multitasking**, and prioritising
- A strong desire to **lead** or experience in a supervisory/2IC role
- Commitment to **patient confidentiality** and high professional standards

⭐ Bonus Skills (Not Essential, But Highly Regarded):

- Previous 2IC or team leadership experience in a medical setting
- Experience using **Best Practice** software
- Sound knowledge of **Medicare, DVA, WorkCover, and private billing**:

- **CPR certification**:

- Experience **triaging** patients
- Ability to work confidently with **diverse communities** including adolescents, aged care, LGBTQ+, migrants/refugees, and Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander patients
- Basic proficiency in **Microsoft Word and Excel**
