Industry leader, Elite Photos, currently has a fantastic opportunity for a part-time Customer Service/Administrator to join their passionate team

**About the Opportunity**

For this exciting opportunity, you will utilise your administration or office support experience to support the diverse administrative functions of Elite Photos and their busy team. If successful, you will mostly be working at Elite Photos office/studio based in the West End, however, you will also be required to attend out of office jobs as well. Jobs on location may include early starts, nights and weekend hours. Dates for these jobs will be given to you well in advance and own transport is required.

In addition to the above, as a Customer Service/Administrator for Elite Photos your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- Data entry for their customer and account information
- Order processing for their diverse clients of Australia's best professional school photographers, wedding photographers, commercial photographers and more
- Curating image libraries to effectively showcase the Elite Photos brand
- Packing photos in a professional manner which both protect the product and promote customer satisfaction
- Image editing including basic retouching and colour correction

**About You**

In addition to the above, to be successful in this position you will have/be:

- Demonstrated experience in a previous administrative or office support position
- Highly competent with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-task, and effectively meet deadlines
- Demonstrated experience with Adobe Suite programs Photoshop and Bridge
- A strong work ethic, can-do attitude, proactive and solution-orientated mindset
- A resourceful and creative thinker with a professional demeanour
- Great oral and written communication skills
- Availability to work some hours outside of normal business hours to attend photoshoots when necessary.

Full training of the Elite Photos software will be provided.

Elite Photos employ several photographers to photograph around Brisbane, Sunshine and Gold Coasts. These photographers are at the top of their industry, which is important to Elite Photos as they demand top quality photographs from them.
