The Role
Our Docklands office is the hub for our corporate functions within the Bega Cheese Group. Freshly renovated and looking brand new, you’ll enjoy lots of natural light and great facilities to take advantage of including a fully stocked fridge loaded with a range of Bega products We are right next door to Marvel stadium and some of Melbourne’s best restaurants, cafes and bars.
As the Change and Training Manager, you will be responsible for uplifting and streamlining where possible, the security awareness for our 20 sites. Working alongside a dedicated project lead, you will identify, assess, design, and develop change training needs for each role and provide that training and education to all stakeholders from the frontline through to executive level.
This role is based in Docklands following a hybrid working model, 2 days in the office and 3 days from home and will involve occasional travel within Victoria as well as Intestate to facilitate training.
**Responsibilities**:
- Leverage appropriate Bega change management methodologies to develop an actionable and targeted change management plan, as well as business and change impact assessments to support structured change delivery- Execute a communications plan within established internal communication systems and procedures and facilitate workshops as required- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and develop effective working relationships to ensure needs and concerns are identified and met- Identify and evaluate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the Change and Training, escalating where appropriate. Where necessary, develop, agree on, and implement solutions to overcome these- Review existing operations in own area of work and implement innovation processes to generate new ideas and ensure continuous improvements are delivered
About you- Change Management Accreditation (essential), Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desired)- Demonstrated experience in change management and training across a multi-site enterprise- Understanding of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or consumer business (desirable)- Experience partnering with a variety of stakeholder groups from frontline to executive level- Previous experience facilitating training and the creation of training materials
