**Our Exciting Opportunity**:
The Change Manager is part of the Performance Support team within Ericsson Construction. This role provides leadership and engagement across the ECON business and into its internal and external partners, working collaboratively to:

- Scope and implement business improvements
- Design and manage training programs
- Manage changes into the ECON business
- Produce and maintain support, training and reference content for internal and external audiences.

Successful execution of this role will ensure that ECON capability, performance, quality and continuous improvement goals are met.

**In this role, you would**:

- Own and deliver a portfolio of business improvement initiatives from identification, problem definition and analysis through to solution design, implementation and evaluation.
- Own and deliver a portfolio of training and development programs through the full life cycle of requirements, solution design, planning and logistics, content development, delivery management / support and program closure.
- Own and deliver a portfolio of change initiatives from design to execution and evaluation, encompassing (as required) stakeholder engagement, campaign planning, asset creation, digital communications, preparation and delivery of briefings, and learning event planning and facilitation.
- Develop and maintain performance support content, communications and other information resources (e.g. comms, online content, documents, quick reference guides, online and ILT training content) to support operational and project requirements.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
- Excellent leadership and group facilitation skills to drive a team towards an outcome (e.g. planning, progress tracking, requirements elicitation)
- Proven ability to engage, influence, mobilise, and secure the support of internal and external stakeholders at all organisational levels
- Project planning and management skills (including scheduling, dependency management, risks and issues management, scope management, stakeholder management, project communications and management reporting)

**Skills and experience in the following areas**:

- Business process design
- Change planning and implementation
- Training program design and delivery management
- Training and assessment development and facilitation
- Technical communication
- Business requirements analysis, capture and management
- Graphic design and digital media skills

**One or more of the following certifications**:

- Lean Six Sigma certification
- ProSci / ADKAR certification or an industry-recognised equivalent
- Cert 4 Workplace Training and Assessment
- PMP or another industry-recognised project management qualification
