What will your day look like?
**As a Change Manager, you will**:
Actively lead the scoping of work to determine the required change needs, plans, resources and solutions
Lead the creation and ongoing refinement of a clear and compelling vision for the case for change that aligns with strategic goals; develop and implement strategies to effectively communicate the vision, ensuring consistent messaging that motivates and aligns employees with the program's goals.
Conduct change impact analysis, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and interventions that maximise employee adoption and usage of required changes, with a clear consideration of employee/customer experience, ensuring engagement and successful transitions throughout the process
Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics
Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, including tracking metrics and feedback
Address and resolve issues related to change resistance and other challenges
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Design, articulate and communicate a transformation/change program vision
Conduct change impact analysis, assessing change readiness
Preparing and delivering presentations and reports
Developing training strategies and materials
Conducting training needs analysis
**Project management**: planning, executing, and closing projects efficiently, managing resources, timelines, and risks to achieve specific project goals
