**About the role**
Reporting to the General Manager of Customer Experience and Engagement, this is a newly created role where you will look after all Digital Content and CX activities. You will have a small team of 6 (4 direct) reporting into you and your leadership style is one of support and inclusion whilst setting high standards and being customer obsessed You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end digital experience across our products.

You will also do the following:

- Play a key role in developing and executing end-to-end customer experience strategies that drive revenue growth
- Drive customer engagement and lead generation through delivering seamless customer experience design and content strategies that excel
- Develop the digital content strategy for both our website and customer service portal, with a focus on driving traffic and engagement with our brands.
- Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary team, ensuring they are all able to grow in their respective fields as well as being able to work collectively as a team

**About you and what you need**
- Proven Experience in Digital organisations with a track record of improving the Customer Experience. You will more than likely come from a large complex organisation across B2C Services such as Financial Services, Telco, Fintech, Retail, Utilities, Insurance and Entertainment
- Experience developing and executing end-to-end customer experience strategies that drive revenue growth
- Expertise in digital content strategy and implementation
- Experience in a senior position managing multidisciplinary teams
- Experience collaborating across senior leadership teams to deliver customer enhancement programs
- Some experience and knowledge in digital design both UX and UI, research and HCD methodologies.
