With decades of experience and a focus on providing quality service within the mining industry, our client is one of the largest suppliers of advanced earthmoving machinery, cranes, and mining equipment.

**About the role**:
**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Data entry of orders and repairs
- High volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Providing advice to customers
- Completing reports and return forms
- Monitoring stock control and inventory
- Identifying sales opportunities
- Assisting in warehouse and logistics paperwork

**You will need to be someone who has**:

- Strong customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge within mining machinery & parts (highly regarded)
- Experience with MS office
