**About the Client**

From humble beginnings selling designs in local Sydney markets, our client has since grown to become a beloved luxury brand worldwide, featured in a plethora of prestigious accounts. This chic women's apparel brand is most renowned for everyday feminine silhouettes and unique glamour embodying the modern Australian woman.

**Your New Role**

As the Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for the brand's online sales and performance, planning, developing and directing all aspects of the online shopping experience. Having control of the online channel's design and content, you will be optimising the customer experience online, supporting business growth in the online space.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee, manage, report on and drive website performance and execute strategies to facilitate online growth
- Site optimisation to achieve critical online metrics including bounce rates, conversion, time on site, member sign ups and user experience
- Developing the global online strategic direction for the brand, in collaboration with the Head of Ecommerce
- Ensure the website look feel and performance reflects the brand positioning and is consistent with brand aesthetic & direction

**About you**
- 5+ years' experience within an Ecommerce role
- Demonstrated success in delivering and showcasing online sales growth
- Shared love and passion for the fashion industry
- A team player who can drive a positive and collaborative environment
- Creative and innovative, thinking outside the box to deal with opportunities and issues
