**Full-Time Marketing Manager - Rosebery, NSW**: **Responsibilities**: - Define and deliver the overall marketing strategy and customer plan. - Collaborate with global partners to define the local marketing plan for mono brands (A.P.C., Ganni and rag & bone). - Manage and phase annual marketing budgets, and benchmarks / forecasting for CRM. - Weekly and monthly reporting to anticipate trends and adapt plans based on insights. - Oversee the CRM, lifecycle and loyalty strategy with the support of a CRM Specialist. Champion the AB testing agenda with a focus on increasing engagement and lifetime value. - Deploy successful marketing campaigns from brief through to post campaign analysis, including but not limited to: >Social, content and ambassador >Website and blog >CRM >Partnerships >In-store experience including windows and activation space - Develop pro-active and reactive marketing solutions to meet business needs (e.g. revenue, visitation, awareness and more). - Bring thought-leadership and omni-channel excellence to raise total brand awareness & create memorable brand moments, with a strong lens on driving the best omni-channel customer experience. - Partner with Buying, eCommerce, Creative and Retail teams to champion marketing and Community within the business. - Build strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies, brands and shopping centres. - Lead and coach a team of three to assist in the delivery of the above strategies. The key requirements for the role include: - At least 5 years experience as a Marketing Manager. - A background in retail fashion favourable but not essential. - Proven experience with CRM strategy. - Proven experience devising and leading omni-channel marketing campaigns.
