**About the role**:
Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for an Advertising professional to join the Officeworks team. Reporting to the Advertising Manager, the Advertising Coordinator will be responsible for the production and implementation of all advertising material including, but not limited to: Catalogue, Television, Cinema, Radio, Press, Magazine, Advertorials, Outdoor, Desktop & Mobile Digital Display and Local Area Marketing

This role is a key contact across the marketing team to assist with the tactical creation & implementation of task-specific advertising requirements.

On a day-to-day basis, you will play a critical role in the coordination and production of catalogue material and all campaign related advertising material. This will include managing the internal production process and monitoring external influences and ensuring the effective management of advertising agency relationships.

Currently, this position is based at our Support Office in East Bentleigh, Victoria and we support a hybrid work approach (2-3 days on-site and working from home) and we will offer flexible working hours for the role

**About you**:

- Hands on experience running advertising material preferred
