The fast-paced, tyre smoking world of modern race cars and international motorsport would come to a grinding halt without talented MoTeC team taking high performance solutions to the next level. That’s what we do and our brilliant team needs another member.

MoTeC is renowned the world over as a leading designer and manufacturer of specialist automotive electronics, supplying the global motorsport industry for over 30 years. Our recent acquisition by the Bosch Group has brought about exciting new opportunities and an immediate need for expansion. We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable with a can-do approach to join our fantastic team.

The role will include the following:

- Entering invoices into the accounts payable system
- Processing payments - both local and international
- Filing and maintaining supplier records
- Completion of daily bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable, including reconciliations and accruals.
- Checking and verifying invoices & corporate credit card payments
- Assist with allocation of customer payment receipts into the receivable system
- Assist the admin team if/when required
- Performing other ad hoc tasks as required by their manager

You will also need to possess the following skills/qualifications:

- Solid understanding of basic accounting and accounts payable principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage financial records
- Accurate data entry skills
- Ability to build good relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a broader team
- Intermediate computer software skills, including Excel and Accounting packages
