"Putting people at the centre of everything we do". **About the Job** As the Technical Lead.NET you'll be responsible for: - Being the Technical Lead on given projects. - Weekly 1:1 with assigned reports in the development team. - Coaching and mentoring team members. - Being the first port of call for the team if they require any technical assistance on a project. - Working with the Engineering Manager to develop technical standards and processes. - Web solution development, specialising in.NET - Contributing to the company development standards. - Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code - Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards - Support test and deployment of new products and features - Participate in code reviews **Key skills** - Experience and/or certification in Sitecore 8 or 9 is preferred. - Experienced in.NET MVC - .NET Core (At least 1 completed project) - Team management experience - Should be comfortable dealing with complex Javascript - Should be comfortable with basic CSS - Must have basic Azure knowledge - Must be experienced in Git code repository management **The Person**: - Excellent interpersonal skills with team members. - The ability to articulate and communicate ideas and work requirements. - Dedicated to task on hand. - A strong can-do attitude. - Passionate about technology. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. **What can you expect from Sitback?** We are an ambitious, hardworking team who strive to deliver great work We are passionate about technology and continuous innovation.
