.NET Developer
to join our team and be part of our growth journey.

This is a hands on role where your work will have real visibility and impact—shaping product direction, influencing client outcomes, and contributing to our global success.

The Role

As a .NET Developer at Innomate, you will play a key role in building and enhancing the Innomesh platform. You will work across the full development lifecycle, designing and delivering scalable, high performance applications for enterprise environments, while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to solve meaningful challenges.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building impactful technology, thrives in a fast moving environment, and wants to contribute directly to product innovation.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop and maintain high quality software using .NET and C#
  • Build and optimise APIs, microservices, and cloud based components to support a scalable enterprise platform
  • Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Write clean, reusable, and testable code following best practice and architectural standards
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of application performance, security, and reliability
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers while maintaining code quality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the platform
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to deliver features in an agile, sprint-based environment
  • Contribute ideas and technical insight to shape product direction and enhance user experiences

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years' experience with developing in the .NET stack, focused on C#, with an excellent familiarity with .NET architectures and frameworks.
  • Excellent client-facing skills, with an ability to understand and communicate complex concepts to non-technical people.
  • Excellent quality control and attention to details, with demonstrated ability to own and lead a project or an initiative, and take pride in a job well done on completion.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex problems under pressure.
  • Excellent UX sense, with an ability to critique a system's usability from an end-user's perspective.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • A love for learning, and enriching the team with new knowledge.

Highly Regarded Skills (Not Essential)

  • Experience with testing and quality assurance processes and frameworks.
  • Experience and proficiency with front end development.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure.
  • DevOps experience.
  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Experience and proficiency with Python and Go development.
  • Exposure to audiovisual and IoT concepts and systems.
