**COMPANY**:
An Australian market leading FinTechs, are looking to hire a Technical Lead. They have seen significant growth in the Australian market and continue to offer a stable working environment. They have invested heavily in their technology team and are now looking to embark on a huge system transformation project to help enable further growth for the business. They operate under a hybrid model out of their Sydney CBD office - WFH options available.

**ROLE**:
Working as a Technical Lead, your role will consist of design, development (.NET Core) and delivery. Whilst technically leading a team of 8 people - without the day-to-day people management. The role will involve significant contribution to a cloud migration project. You will be required to lead architectural discussions with the team as they transition their system in to a microservice based, Azure hosted solution.
