Service Desk Officer - State Government Organisation - 4 Month Contract

**Your new company**

This State Government Organisation is currently looking for passionate Service Desk Officers to join their IT helpdesk team in a 4 month contract. This opportunity is a great opportunity to work as part of a large state government organisation and gain experience. Please note that PR and Citizenship in Australia is required for this role.

**Your new role**

As a Service Desk Officer, you will be required to be first point of contact and provide Level 1 technical support and level 2 telephony support in MS Teams. Provide support on hardware / software issues. Provide printer support. Provide desktop deployment.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship
- Minimum 1 year experience in Level 1 technical support
- Previous experience in MS Teams telephony support
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
