IT Service Desk Technician - 6 month contract with potential for extension

This organisation is a non profit organisation that has a large impact on people’s lives. They are currently looking for a Service Desk Technician to join their IT Service Desk team in an initial 6 month contract. This organisation is based in Sydney CBD area. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment and gain experience in working as a part of a large non profit organisation.

**Your new role**
***
As an IT Service Desk Technician, you will be the first contact for their internal users across the organisation based in Australia / New Zealand and provide level 1 and level 2 technical support. You will also provide support for their Audio Visual systems onsite and remote offices.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Level 1 and Level 2 technical support
- Previous experience in Audio and Visual Support
- Previous experience in Voice and AV technologies
- Previous experience in supporting Citrix and other remote services
- Previous experience in Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office365
- Microsoft certifications including Modern Workplace (MS-900)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
