An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Marketing Coordinator to join our sass & bide family in our beautiful Support Office in Alexandria.

This role would suit someone who has experience in a similar role and looking for an opportunity to develop their career with an Australia designer label

**Key responsibilities include but not limited to**:
**Brand Marketing**:

- Assist the senior marketing Manager & new season photoshoots and launches throughout the year, through all stages of concepting, pre-production, being on set at photoshoots, and post-production
- Working with the Graphic Designer to prepare briefs for any of your allocated projects, or where required

**Retail Marketing and Local Area Marketing**:

- Provide support to the senior marketing & pr manager on coordinating the marketing calendar, seasonal comms plan and marketing activities
- Provide coordination and organisation for in store marketing activities and associated collateral,
- Liaise and have weekly meetings with the Retail Op Co-Ordinator to ensure they are brought across all lam & associated activity
- Manage the Local Area Marketing arm of the marketing business, seeking opportunities within our boutique’s centers and local areas to maximise exposure and awareness for the brand

**Public Relations**:

- Work with stylists to loan samples from HO or stores and ensure these are delivered and returned promptly
- Liaise with shopping centre stylists to provide samples for campaign launches, fashion shows and vm displays
- Admin management of the pr database with all stylist, public and celebrity contacts
- Assisting the senior marketing manager with PR, VIP or influencer event management

**Admin**:

- Sample management of the marketing samples pre and post campaign shoot
- Ensure tracking, receipt & action of purchase orders and invoice in the Budget Tracker
- Update the marketing calendar / comms plan weekly to ensure it covers all current and upcoming activity
- Manage the sample tracker & season samples, ensuring everything is accounted for
- At least one years experience in a marketing role is highly desirable
- marketing/communications or other relevant degree is desirable
- experience in retail marketing administration/coordination, preferably within the fashion industry is desirable
- a strong focus on developing & sustaining collaborative and productive relationships

- a strong focus on achieving results
- you’re a strong, clear & concise communicator
