Our high-performance Digital department are on the lookout for a dynamic Junior CRM Specialist to join the team at our Alexandria Office. Supported by the Senior CRM Specialist, this role will be responsible for the end to end coordination of all marketing campaigns across their brand portfolios.

Working with** The North Face, Speedo, GAP & Bananna Republi**c teams, you will be a key partner and the owner of the campaign process

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Will own the campaign process through from briefing to creative asset approval, and deployment with guidance on send strategy and segmentation.
- Conduct A/B testing strategies for insight and learnings to ultimately improve performance of the channel.
- Assist in the development of new customer Lifecycle & Automation Programs within Marketing Cloud to deliver on the CRM Objectives for each brand.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Degree-Level qualification, in Marketing or Marketing-related discipline (or similar)
- Proven on-the-job experience in project or campaign management
- Hands-on experience with a Marketing/CRM platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus)
- Attention to detail
- Able to display experience managing competing priorities and tasks.
