**About the Role**

The Shopper Marketing Coordinator will support the seamless connection between Marketing, Operations, and Commercial. You will collaborate closely with Design and Brand Comms teams as well as other key internal and external stakeholders to bring our brand to life through excellent shopper campaign execution. You will play a pivotal role in organising tasks, managing multiple project timelines and ensuring smooth coordination across teams, all while contributing as a dependable and proactive team player.

- ** Campaign Execution**:Coordinate and execute shopper marketing activities across all campaigns across all channels in Australia and New Zealand
- ** Digital screen management**: Update and maintain the digital screen network for the relevant owned Krispy Kreme channels, this involves coordinating content on screens and liaising with relevant stakeholders both internal and external
- ** Field Communication**:Coordinate campaign communication material for the field with relevant detail to ensure stakeholders are informed to execute
- ** Campaign development**:Work with Shopper Marketing Manager to support campaign development across campaign briefs, project plans, agency brief, and internal design team
- ** Campaign implementation**:Support campaign implementation through day-to-day management of agencies, suppliers, and partners, coordinating creative, production, data selections/extracts, stakeholder signoffs; and reporting
- ** Responsive support**:Respond in a timely manner to Commercial and DFD partners for requests for POP and Marketing material support
- ** Presentation development**:Coordinate written and verbal presentations as part of communications with key internal and external stakeholders
- ** Admin support**: General ad-hoc and administrative tasks where required including invoicing and PO generation.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Degree in Marketing or Communications, and/or marketing experience
- 1-2 years of Marketing experience within the FMCG/Retail industry or within an agency environment
