**Description**:
About the role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be overseeing multiple practice operations in NSW including Sydney, mid north Coast and ACT as the Practice Development Manager on a full-time basis. With support from our Queensland office your hands-on approach will enable our practices to achieve their desired goals, enjoying the ride along the way.
**Key responsibilities**:

- Coach and develop Practice Managers and their teams to achieve agreed targets, increasing productivity and effectiveness
- Drive continuous improvement in all operational processes and initiatives in partnership with other Support Office functions
- Ensure the business is compliant with all legislative regulations, standards and performance expectations
- Ensure all practices demonstrate our shared values, and deliver the highest levels of service to patients at all times
- Continue to build and strengthen relationships with our key partners

**Skills and Experiences**:
About You
- 5 years’ experience managing operations in a similar multi-site environment, preferably in healthcare or retail industries
- A passion for coaching and developing operational standards with all levels of the team
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and ability to travel
- Drive to improve the health outcomes for community with strong business acumen
- Desire to lead and grow successful teams
