What you’ll do at Beem As a Digital Marketing Exec, you’ll own the delivery and implementation of all digital activity across owned and paid media channels.

What that looks like in action:

- Supporting the CRM specialist in building campaign strategy, optimisation tactics and reporting
- Owning the setup and execution of all CRM activity including always-on, funnel and campaign-based comms
- Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with the team to implement A/B tests for product/comms optimisations
- Setting up and tracking of always-on digital paid media activity & ad-hoc campaigns
- Project manage initiatives to ensure end-to-end process is delivered on time & meets KPI's
- Own and manage the budget with regular tracking and reconciliation, ensure we do not exceed budgets
- Producing performance reports for campaigns to share with the broader team
- Ongoing management & optimisation of funnel & performance marketing activity
- Contribution to monthly media planning (focus on digital), at channel & campaign levels
- Provide regular feedback to the product team on what is driving maximum engagement
- Work with CRM specialists to run A/B tests (developing hypotheses, strategy, and segmentation, incl. control groups) and measure the effectiveness of the business
- Work with our internal team to develop powerful content for CRM channels
- Proofing creative against legal/compliance approved materials prior to go live
- Stay abreast of industry news and trends, including privacy laws, data safety and data collection agreements as part of corporate contracts.

**Experience required for the role**
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Ideally BA in Marketing or Commerce, but not essential

**Tools**

You’ll be comfortable working with Slack & Google Suite (Slides, Meet, Forms, Docs), bonus if you also have experience with:

- Braze or similar CRM tool
- HTML, CSS knowledge (nice to have but not essential)
- A range of digital performance channels (i.e. social & search)
- Customer & conversion data; with strong analytical skills & experience using GA, Firebase & Adjust (or similar)
- Campaign tracking & tag management tools
- Excel, Office & Google Docs
