**About the role**:
In this versatile role, you will be the driving force behind developing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that leverages the power of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, website optimisation, lead generation campaigns across multiple digital channels and owned media to drive both commercial and brand health outcomes.

In addition, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement the Dennis Family Homes marketing strategy that seamlessly integrates into the overarching Dennis Family Homes business strategy.

You will have the chance to make a real impact, shaping Dennis Family Homes’ future from both a strategic and tactical perspective.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Marketing Strategy**:Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives enquiry, leads, and brand health metrics, all while aligning seamlessly with the overarching marketing strategy and brand/retail campaign platform.
- **Website Management**: Oversee website rebuild and maintenance, collaborate with the development agency to enhance functionality, and improve conversion rates.
- **Paid Digital Advertising**:Develop and manage paid campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, social media, property portals) to generate enquiry, leads and conversions to deposit.
- **Data Governance, Analytics & Reporting**:Utilise Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign performance in conjunction with SFMC. Generate insightful reports and dashboards to measure marketing ROI and inform strategic decision-making.
- **Team Management**:Mentor and train a Marketing Executive in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Services Manager.
- **Technical skills / program knowledge**: SFMC, website optimisation in a Wordpress environment, Google suite, META.

**About you**:

- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including EDM creation, journeys, personalisation, advertising studio and reporting.
- Strong understanding of website management principles including WordPress experience.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and data analysis tools.
- Experience with social media marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and content creation.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Sound SEM/ SEO knowledge & optimisation.
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills with the ability to track lead sources and campaign ROI.
- Passion for digital and online media.
- Comfortable with stakeholder engagement and working across departments to manage expectations and prioritise work.
