**About The Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a driven Digital Performance Manager to help shape the future of Endeavour Foundation, empowering people with disability to reach their full potential. As a key leader in our marketing team, you'll play a crucial role in driving our digital evolution and propelling our business forward.

This role requires a hybrid skillset, with equal emphasis on leadership and technical expertise, as you'll need to manage teams and projects while also rolling up your sleeves to get things done.

A major transformation is required to take our marketing and lead acquisition to the next level. As a seasoned growth marketer, you'll lead our digital team in building a world-class operation that combines data-driven insights with creative strategies to optimise performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As our Digital Performance Manager, you'll be responsible for:

- Leading our Digital Marketing team to deliver high-performing campaigns that drive lead generation and create a healthy enquiry pipeline for our sales teams. Includes, overseeing their workflow and be comfortable with hands-on execution when required.
- Developing and deploying strategic plans to optimise our digital marketing investment and drive business growth.
- Driving the digital evolution across our martech stack, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing new technologies and tools to enhance our digital marketing capabilities
- Develop and implement data-driven A/B testing strategies to improve the effectiveness of our acquisition channels, including ad copy, landing pages, targeting, and creative.
- Oversee, report, and optimise digital advertising (Meta, Google, Display, Native, Video, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc) and client nurture (incl sales integration).
- Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimisation of multiple websites, leveraging expertise in HubSpot CMS, Sitecore, Shopify, and WordPress. This includes driving SEO and content strategies to enhance online presence and user engagement.
- Staying ahead of the curve in digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including acquisition cost (CPA), lifetime value (LTV), and conversion rates.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot) to inform strategic decisions, monitor campaign performance, refine strategies, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with disability industry trends and analyse competitors' strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders, including senior executives, to ensure alignment and buy-in for digital marketing initiatives.
- Communicating complex digital marketing concepts and strategies to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Responsible for ensuring that all digital activities comply with internal policies and procedures including data security, legal, compliance and brand.

**Required Experience & Qualifications**:

- 7+ years of experience in leading growth marketing or customer acquisition roles.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing platforms and leading digital transformation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems (HubSpot and Salesforce). Certifications are desirable.
