**Purpose of the Role**
BGIS is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support day-to-day operations for a major aviation infrastructure client ✈. In this client-facing role, you’ll manage work requests, coordinate contractors, and keep asset records up to date - ensuring facilities run safely, smoothly, and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate maintenance activities and contractor attendance
- Respond to and track work orders via CMMS systems
- Assist with asset data management and reporting
- Support compliance documentation and safety processes
- Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and the BGIS team
- Manage work order financial approvals (DOA) and Extensions of Time (EOT)

**Essential**
- 2+ years’ experience in facilities coordination or administration (all levels encouraged to apply)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and work order systems
- Ability to work on-site full time and manage competing priorities

**Desirable**
- Experience in aviation or large, complex sites
- Knowledge of building services and asset management
- Prior use of MRI EVO (Evolution)
