Our business has grown extensively and we are now looking for a self-motivated and dynamic Facilities Coordinator to manage a region of National Storage Sites.

**What Does Success Look Like in this Role?**

Reporting to the National Facilities Manager, the Facilities Coordinator will provide Reactive and Proactive management with the Facilities Team. This will include:

- Manage Reactive & Proactive maintenance
- Manage projects from start through to completion
- Provide the Operations Team with technical advice and support relating to facility management
- Contractor Management - Ensure KPIs and Standards are high
- Source Contractors and Suppliers
- Undertake specific project work
- Liaise with external contractors, suppliers and manufactures in respect of obtaining competitive quotes for the suppliers or repairs required to maintain assets in good working order

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous Facilities Management experience in a similar role
- Experience in multiple site facilities/building maintenance
- High level of knowledge of storage operating databases and systems (highly desirable)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously
- Reliable, self-motivated and driven to succeed.
