**Join Our Team as a Facilities Coordinator - Key Client Qantas at BGIS
**Location: Melbourne Airport, Tullamarine, Victoria.
Are you ready for an exciting role where each day brings new challenges? BGIS is on the lookout for a talented Facilities Coordinator to join our team, supporting our key client, Qantas.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain the system, capturing all Preventative and Reactive work orders for the site.
- Efficiently allocate work orders to meet contract requirements and KPIs.
- Thoroughly prepare and review all invoices before obtaining manager approval.
- Act as the first point of contact, responding to reported issues and coordinating effective responses.
- Supervise maintenance and support staff, ensuring the smooth execution of maintenance works.
- Manage the contract and service delivery in alignment with Contract KPIs and client expectations.
- Identify, monitor, and report hazards across the site for a safer working environment.
- Daily reporting and follow-up of responses, rectification, and completion of work orders to meet KPIs.
- Take charge of the 'Extension of Time' (EOT) and Delegation of Authority (DOA) processes, from submission to closeout.
- Collaborate with the national Operations team to ensure SLAs are consistently met.
- Work closely with the BCSC (Helpdesk) to streamline processes. Actively participate in the tendering of Service Contracts, making recommendations for contract documentation.
**Skills & Experience**:
- Demonstrated experience in a property or corporate real estate environment.
- Ability to excel in an integrated services and property model.
- Strong business acumen with proficiency in business planning and financial knowledge.
- Knowledge of building services and general building maintenance.
- Proven experience in scoping, tendering, and documenting subcontracts.
- Ability to provide well-structured written reports and recommendations.
- Capacity to multitask various duties effectively.
- Competence in working within QA, OH&S, and environmental systems.
- A flexible and innovative approach to problem-solving.
