
Facilities Coordinator

**The Role**
This role is based in Brisbane, QLD.
- Maintain the CMMS system capturing all Preventative and Reactive work orders.
- Assist with the management of subcontractors and document maintenance progress.
- First point of contact with internal and external customers relating to the contract
- Provide general administration assistance such invoices and purchase orders.
- Allocate work orders as required to ensure contract requirements are achieved.
**Skills & Experience**
- Strong experience within high volume administration
- Exceptional customer service, stakeholder management and communication skills
- Knowledge to building/facilities management would be preferred.
- Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible / innovative approach.
