**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**Position**

We are seeking a suitably experienced and customer focused individual to join Council's Facilities Management team.

Reporting to Council’s Manager Facilities and Services, this position is responsible for providing high level customer service and administration support to enhance the efficiency of Council’s depot operations.

**To be successful you will bring**
- Behaviour that positively demonstrates Council’s values of: creative, accessible, respect, energetic and safe.
- Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent, or extensive experience in a relevant environment.
- Demonstrated extensive experience in administration together with proven sound interpersonal skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Proven well developed communication skills, both oral and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Demonstrated computer literacy with an efficient typing speed and experience in the Microsoft 365 and other corporate software.

- An annual full time salary range of $61,500 to $70,500 (plus 11.5% superannuation) dependent upon skills, experience and qualifications.
