As an **Associate Director, Product Manager - AI**, you'll lead innovation at the forefront of telecommunications. Drive the rapid ideation, design, and delivery of transformative AI-powered solutions that redefine how we work and enhance customer experiences. **Your day to day will consist of...**
- Lead technical design and deployment of AI-driven automation solutions to enhance network and service operations in alignment with Optus' strategy.
- Oversee product development and drive delivery excellence, collaborating with engineering, data analytics, and design to create high-impact products.
- Integrate AI/ML models for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and optimisation, transforming network performance and customer satisfaction.
- Mentor a cross-functional team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement while driving professional growth.
- Stay ahead of AI and telecom trends, delivering market insights and strategic recommendations to shape cutting-edge automation solutions.

**What makes you perfect for the role?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; a Master’s in Computer Science or Data Science is a plus.
- Certifications: Cisco CCNA/CCNP or equivalent and Nokia Network Automation Professional (NNAP) or equivalent.
- Extensive product management experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role managing diverse product portfolios.
- Extensive hands-on expertise in network automation, AI/ML, and data science within telecommunications.
- Proven success in driving product strategy, scaling from concept to implementation with measurable business impact.
- Strong leadership skills, inspiring and managing cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious product goals.
- Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking, leveraging data-driven decisions to craft innovative solutions.
- Proficiency with AI/ML tools, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, SDN, and NFV, with a track record of solving complex problems
