**What you’ll do**

Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, this role plays a pivotal role within the team working in close collaboration with the SBM, BM, Regulatory, Market Access, Medical, Sales, Primary Care Network Managers (PCNM) and the broader cross-functional team members as part of a high performing team.
- This role involves:_
- Leading and delivering initiatives across a broad number of channels that support brand objectives
- Assisting with development of budgets and monitoring of expenses to ensure brand marketing spend is on target and spend efficiently.
- Tracking market performance, trends and developments in order to influence business strategy, identify future risks and opportunities and ensure the business is delivering upon its growth targets.
- Developing materials for the sales force to support effective sales effort and educate sales representatives on company and competitor products.
- Coordinating and/or conducting special marketing and promotional projects.
- Utilising excellent project management skills and work cross functionally to deliver impactful initiatives that support patient, customer, and brand outcomes

**Essential for the role**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent organisation, planning, and project management ability
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong understanding of the Australian healthcare environment including health care trends and factors influencing patient outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally to deliver projects
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically whilst also being able to shift into detailed tactical execution
- Detail focused, creative, resilient, and agile individual with a can-do attitude that can respond to changing environments and use their initiative to make things happen
- Team player capable of motivating and influencing others

**Desirable for the role**
- Prior experience as a Marketing Associate, Assistant Brand Manager, Associate Brand Manager, or a similar role
- Good understanding of the pharmaceutical marketplace and the sales and marketing processes
- Strong analytical and data management skills, with ability to make sound commercial decision
