**The Opportunity**:

**level 1 Technology Support**. Based in their Head Office on the
**Sunshine Coast**, this role will see you work closely with the Technology Manager to achieve goals and complete tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:
This position will see you hold a variety of key responsibilities including:

- Setting up and provisioning new/existing assets such as laptops, desktops and communication devices through CISCO Meraki MDM
- Working with the Technology Manager to provision and/or remove users from Cloud based systems, Microsoft 365 tenancy and similar
- Liaise with Site Personnel and assist with issues involving Claratti (Citrix Cloud Based System), local computers and peripherals (printer, etc.)
- Coordination of repairs/technology support and design file uploads as required

**About You**:

- Recently completed or about to complete tertiary qualifications in a related field (Bachelor of Science and IT, Certificate in ICT, etc.)
- Preferably have experience in level 1 technology support within a fast paced company
- Microsoft Certification (desirable)
- CISCO Meraki and GPS (advantage but not essential)
