The role
Permanent opportunity to join our highly skilled team within our Sunshine Coast Digital Partnership team. This role primarily provides level 2 on-site and remote technical support, incident management and request fulfillment in the Networks and Unified Communications domain.

For further information regarding the technical domain, please refer to Appendix 1 - Networks and Unified Communications within the role description attached.

Are you right for this role?
To succeed within this role, you will show a high level of experience in managing, configuring, monitoring and implementing within an ICT environment across different technical domains. You will be experienced delivering high quality ICT support to clients by managing your workloads, prioritising tasks and working unsupervised.

Furthermore, you will maintain awareness and understanding of new and emerging ICT technologies and products as they relate to eHealth Queensland.

Demonstrated experience or the ability to quickly learn ServiceNow© and ITIL Service Management processes would be highly desirable.

**Specific Working Conditions**:

- Participating in on-call arrangements is a requirement of this position. Appropriate remuneration under the Award will apply.
- Reasonable travel as negotiated may be a requirement of this position.
- An open 'C' class driver's licence is desirable.
