**The Opportunity**:
This is your chance to take ownership of your role and put your personal touch on all aspects of level 1 and 2 Technology Support. Based in their Head Office on the Sunshine Coast, this role will see you work closely with the Technology Manager to achieve goals and complete tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:
This position will see you hold a variety of key responsibilities including:

- Managing and prioritizing incoming technical support tickets from users, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional customer service.
- Setting up and provisioning new/existing assets such as laptops, desktops and communication devices through CISCO Meraki MDM.
- Working with the Technology Manager to provision and/or remove users from Cloud based systems, Microsoft 365 tenancy and similar.
- Liaise with Site Personnel and assist with issues involving Claratti (Citrix Cloud Based System), local computers and peripherals (printer, etc.)
- Coordination of repairs/technology support and design file uploads as required.

**About You**:

- Bachelor of Science and IT, Certificate in ICT, or any related discipline of study.
- Preferably have experience in level 1 or 2 technology support.
- Experience with Cyber security is highly regarded.
- Microsoft Certification (desirable).
- CISCO Meraki and GPS (advantageous but not essential).
