As the Head of Technology Delivery, you'll play a pivotal role in our exciting cloud migration, tech modernisation, and frictionless engineering initiatives, all aimed at delivering cutting-edge technology products and services. We believe in the power of in-house software engineering solutions, and we're seeking a visionary leader to join our team and report directly to the CIO.

You'll be at the forefront of orchestrating and optimising our delivery process, ensuring seamless integration of modern software development practices. Your expertise in using metrics to track, monitor, and interpret software delivery performance will be invaluable in recommending improvements that drive us forward.

Key priorities will include:

- Make a significant impact on Youi's success by ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our strategic goals through high-quality, modern software solutions that empower our customers.
- Lead the end-to-end agile delivery process, from ideation to deployment.
- Utilise your expertise to optimise the software delivery lifecycle, maximising efficiency and impact, while keeping an eye on delivering results that matter.
- Collaborate closely with the Heads of Product to align technology delivery with our product roadmaps and prioritise projects that drive our vision forward.
- Manage dependencies, demands, and alignment across our delivery teams, fostering a harmonious and cohesive work environment.
- Partner with the Agile Transformation Manager, to evolve delivery processes focusing on sooner, safer, happier sustainable delivery.
- Champion a customer-centric approach to software development by integrating essential product management concepts into our work.
- Implement appropriate change management processes to support the release of new or improved technology solutions to business users.
- Play a vital role in crafting a systems modernisation roadmap and execution plan, focusing on optimising reuse opportunities, achieving strategic business objectives, and maximising opportunities for IT transformation.
- Assume overall responsibility for the operational aspects of software solutions delivered by technology teams.
- Nurture a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the Technology Delivery team, empowering our members to grow personally and professionally.

**About you**
- Possess formal qualification(s) in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Satisfy ASIC’s definition of “Fit and Proper Person” compliance obligations.
- Experience in technology management and senior leadership roles, with a focus on overseeing technology delivery functions, utilising agile methodologies (7+ years’ is a general indicator).
- Lead successful technology transformation and modernisation initiatives, proving your ability to take on complex software engineering projects and deliver exceptional results.
