Hays is working for a national not-for-profit organisation seeking a People and Culture Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, the People and Culture Advisor will manage people-related activities across the employee life-cycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, supporting learning and development, performance management and other employee relations matters, supporting employee wellbeing, managing change processes, and HR analytics and reporting. This role will be the primary contact for employees and managers for all employment related queries and will assess and anticipate people-related needs, keep the Head of People and Culture informed and is integral to supporting and building the capacity of managers to enhance the performance, culture, and capability within the teams. The incumbent is a knowledgeable and innovative professional and adopts a flexible and collaborative style to successfully navigate a number of competing priorities. The role also has responsibility as the administrator for the HRIS, LMS and ATS.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experienced in a HR generalist role
- Experience in contributing to and/or implementing wellbeing initiatives would be well-regarded
- Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources or a related business discipline
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay and benefits, recruiting and training, development etc).
- Well-developed skills in the administration and management of HRIS systems
- Understanding of the confidentiality that is required in the role
- Strong ethics and reliability
- Right to work in Australia
- Up to date with COVID-19 vaccinations
- Complete satisfactory National Police Check
