Our Neighbourhood Administration / Scheduling Officer, is a key support role to the delivery of our Community Care based services. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring business operations are running efficiently and our clients receive an exceptional experience.

About the role:
Key responsibilities include but are limited to:
- Rostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhood- Supporting and coordinating different teams within each neighbourhood-
- Manage requests, concerns and inquiries- Creation of correspondence and documentation as requested- Efficiently organise appointments, diaries, travel and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements.- Monitor, order and distribute office supplies and arrange for the maintenance/repair of office equipment- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource and other Blue Care systems and databases-
- Assist senior staff with special projects as required

Role requirements:
- You will have effective verbal and written communication skills- Previous experience in rostering/scheduling - Highly regarded- Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload-
- Confidence with smart phone and digital devices or willingness to learn- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise workloads with a can-do attitude
